The Gateway offers the most comprehensive database of development projects; dgMarket - an international procurement marketplace; and knowledge sharing on key development topics. Site operators have sought to provide users with resources that will help them to increase government efficiency; improve donor coordination; share knowledge for development; and empower local communities.
The site's Ideas and Knowledge section includes several subject areas where the Development Gateway currently concentrates its knowledge-sharing efforts.
