RAND Reports on Lessons Learned for International S&T Collaboration

April 10, 2003

The study contributes to 1) improving the understanding of the dynamics of international collaboration in science and technology; 2) providing tools for policymakers seeking to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of collaboration; and 3) coordinating with analysts who study the same issues in different countries.

This document could form the basis of a workshop addressing questions about how to create better international linkages in science and technology.
