Commonwealth Initiative Funds Travel, Fellowships to Promote Innovation in Development

Representatives of the Commonwealth's member states have agreed to devote 70 percent of the funds allocated to travel grants and fellowships through the Commonwealth Knowledge Network towards efforts directly related to developing innovation networks throughout the Commonwealth.
