Concordia University Offers Junior Canada Research Chair in Comparative Public Policy

The incumbent will specialize in Comparative Public Policy, pursuing research into the variations in national policy patterns across North America, Europe, and the wider OECD area, with a view to understanding how and why nations differ in their approaches to specific policy areas and what they might learn from each other's policy experiences. The successful candidate's research interests might intersect with research themes such as the emergence of transnational actors, globalization and public policy, regionalisation, international regulatory regimes, local governance structures and intergovernmental negotiations in policy making.

The Department must receive completed applications no later than 31 October 2003. Applications should consist of a letter of intent, a CV, a list of publications, a statement of teaching and research interests, and three letters of reference.
