World Fellows Program Offers Semester at Yale to Young Leaders October 22, 2003
Each year, Yale University's World Fellows Program selects 16 to 18 young professionals from outside the US to attend a semester-long program of leadership development. Guided by a faculty advisor, each Fellow crafts a program designed to advance his or her own knowledge base, breadth of understanding, and skills. Building on access to the students, faculty, alumni, and Yale visitors, the World Fellows have an opportunity to prepare for greater roles of leadership, expand their professional and personal horizons, and contribute to a deepening of international awareness and dialogue within the Yale community.
